CAN I STILL PURCHASE IN-STORE?

Yes! We are so excited to announce that all of our Spendless stores are now open. Customer and team member safety is paramount, so we have taken all the neccessary precautions within our stores to make shopping at Spendless as safe as possible. Check the hours of your local store before visiting as all stores are trading on reduced hours.

All stores have core opening hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Saturday and only selected stores are open Sundays. We encourage you to check the hours of your local store if you are unsure of its opening hours, or to call ahead and see. 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Items can be returned in-store for a refund/exchange.

Due to the closure of our retail stores during COVID-19, all purchases made from the 9th of March 2020 to the 19th of May can be refunded or exchanged right up until January 2nd 2021. All you have to do is keep your receipt and you will receive a full refund or exchange.

Alternatively, you can send your item/s back to us at your own cost. Enclose some details about what you would like to do with your item/s and your order number.
