WHICH STORES ARE OPEN?
As of 5pm 5th August 2021, our Victorian stores are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. We hope to reopen these stores on Friday 13th August, in line with government guidelines.
As of 4pm 31st July 2021, the following Queensland stores are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. We hope to reopen these stores on Monday 9th August, in line with government guidelines.

As of 6pm 26th June 2021, the following New South Wales stores are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. We hope to reopen these stores on Friday 30th July, in line with government guidelines.

All of our other stores across Australia remain open! We continue to take all necessary precautions within our stores to make shopping at Spendless as safe as possible, and to provide a safe environment for all of our customers and team members.
Please check the hours of your local store before visiting as all of our open stores are operating on different trading hours.
DO COVID RESTRICTIONS AFFECT MY ONLINE ORDER?
No, they do not. Our online fulfilment centre is processing orders faster than ever!
WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Items can be returned in-store for a refund/exchange.
Due to the closure of our retail stores during COVID-19, all purchases made from the 9th of March 2020 to the 19th of May can be refunded or exchanged right up until January 2nd 2021. All you have to do is keep your receipt and you will receive a full refund or exchange.
Alternatively, you can send your item/s back to us at your own cost. Enclose some details about what you would like to do with your item/s and your order number.
