WHICH STORES ARE OPEN?
We're excited to tell you that all of our Spendless stores are now open! We continue to take all necessary precautions within our stores to make shopping at Spendless as safe as possible, and to provide a safe environment for all of our customers and team members.
As part of our commitment to keeping everyone safe and as per government guidelines we now have QR codes in our Northern Territory, Victorian and South Australia stores.
Our reopened stores, particularly in Victoria, are operating on reduced opening hours. Check the hours of your local store before visiting as all of our stores are operating on different trading hours.
DO COVID RESTRICTIONS AFFECT MY ONLINE ORDER?
No, they do not. Our online fulfilment centre is processing orders faster than ever!
WHAT IS YOUR REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Items can be returned in-store for a refund/exchange.
Due to the closure of our retail stores during COVID-19, all purchases made from the 9th of March 2020 to the 19th of May can be refunded or exchanged right up until January 2nd 2021. All you have to do is keep your receipt and you will receive a full refund or exchange.
Alternatively, you can send your item/s back to us at your own cost. Enclose some details about what you would like to do with your item/s and your order number.
